Arvind Sarjapur Road is a pre-launch project. RERA registration under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 is in progress and will be completed prior to formal bookings. Buyers are strongly advised to independently verify RERA registration status at rera.karnataka.gov.in before making any payment to the developer. RERA registration, once obtained, does not constitute a guarantee of project completion, quality, or delivery timelines.
